The Bridge Christian Centre is the venue for all of the above activities unless otherwise stated under the activity details.
Services:
At our Sunday morning service service, we have a time of worship including communion and challenging minstry.
Special Events:
We often hold special events in the centre therefore please keep an eye on our calendar. Alternatively, if you would like to be contacted with details of these events, please drop us an email and we will add you to our distribution list.
Small Groups:
The ideal setting for fellowship and getting to know God's word. Please contact us to find out where your nearest group meets.
Children & Youth
Our aim is to offer quality services that not only provide a safe, secure fun environment but also one which creates an awareness of God’s love for our community.
We see a need for good quality Children’s and Youth clubs in our area where parents and carers can leave their charges knowing they will have fun, have good experiences and be well cared for.
For your information we are fully covered by liability insurance. We have implemented a Child Protection Policy which means our staff and workers are fully vetted and police checked. Copies of our Constitution, Child Protection Policy and Vetting Policies are available on request.

Activities
Parents, carers and child minders alike come with the children in their care. The children have free play with a good range of toys, including a small bouncy castle. There is a sin-a-long time at the end of the session and every 2-3 weeks there is a ‘make and do’ activity. Adults can enjoy a chat with a cup of coffee and a buscuit.
Note: Please phone ahead to secure your place as demand is high.
Extras:
Christmas party with gift, nights out for the adults. A professional photographer visits every year.

Activities
This is church for kids! A modern Sunday School where children learn bible stories, principles and how much God loves them. We have bible stories, (kids bring a Bible if they have one), puzzles, worksheets, songs, drama, crafts, games and activities with juice and biscuits afterwards.
Extras: Parties, performance nights, visits to ice-cream shops etc…

Family Days:
We have an annual summer outing (weather permitting) where everyone brings a picnic. Activities for all the family are provided. We have ran BBQ’s, beach days and other events aimed at encouraging family involvement.
Camps/Weekends
Every year we participate in the kids national summer camp, which is an activity week during the school summer holidays, joining with others from all over the country. We also join with a UK wide camp with Synergy youth group. We take children and youth to these fantastic events. Weekends and sleepovers are organised annually too.
Christmas and Easter
Special services are hosted in the centre at these important times, they are especially aimed at families and are popular within the community.
Children’s fun days:
Fun days are held throughout the year. In the past we have went trips, swimming and to activity centres. We also hold in house fun days with bouncy castles, craft activities and games.
Stop for lunch between 11am and 2pm on a Thursday in the upstairs lounge. A variety of hot and cold snacks at reasonable prices.

This is a relaxed group for all women to meet and socialise.
